The system enables both the submission and approval of leave requests. An additional feature is continuous access to the employee's entitled leave balance and vacation history. When requesting leave, the employee specifies the type, duration, and the person responsible for approval. The manager's role is to either approve or reject the request and plan the company's workflow in the employee’s absence.
