Bulk SMS dispatch to specific customer groups

In the Aura Business system, the user manages contractor information. They can freely segment their customers (using attributes, groups) and then send them bulk messages, e.g., with a promotion.

SMS notification to a sales representative when a new sales opportunity is assigned to them

This solution is particularly useful when sales representatives frequently work in the field. When a new sales opportunity is created for them, they can be automatically notified via SMS. This enables the salesperson to react quickly, increasing their chances of closing the deal.

SMS notification to a customer or service technician when the service order phase changes

One of the areas supported by Aura Business is service order management. The system allows automatic SMS notifications when a service order phase changes. What does this mean? If the administrator/manager/dispatcher accepts an order and changes its phase, e.g., from “new” to “in progress,” an SMS notification can be automatically sent to the service technician informing them about the new assignment or to the customer with details about the service technician’s visit.

Scheduled SMS reminders about important events, e.g., a planned service check-up

After completing the work, the user closes the order, and the system automatically schedules an SMS reminder for the customer at a specified time (e.g., in six months or a year). This is a great way to remind customers about check-ups without requiring manual intervention.
