This functionality is based on the Open Street Map solution and allows displaying current order locations on the map. You can view all of them or filter by process phase or responsible person. In the zoomed-out view, locations are counted and grouped. Zooming in on the map breaks groups into smaller ones. Further zooming in displays individual locations. This feature greatly helps determine the number of orders located in a given area.
What is the purpose of displaying order locations on the map? It is very useful when planning tasks for mobile employees. A manager can simply display orders on the map and assign all those in a given area to one technician. No more ineffective route planning, unnecessary kilometers driven, and wasted time.

Employee location on the map
On the map, you can locate not only orders but also employees. It is very simple - you just need to install an additional application, 'Aura Services,' on a mobile device. Once granted the appropriate permissions, it will transmit the location of the person carrying the device to the browser version of the system.
This function has several applications, but it is most often used for two purposes. The first is monitoring field employees and their task completion status. The second is optimizing the process of assigning new tasks, especially those that arise unexpectedly. If a client requires immediate intervention, you can simply locate the nearest employee, check their schedule for availability, and assign the new task.
