How to use the integration with Datera

Integrating Datera with Aura Business software enables users to configure and manage all their Datera telephone system accounts.

For incoming calls to a configured user’s phone number, the system will display a floating button with a phone icon and caller information. Besides the phone number, the button will also show the caller’s name and company if recognized, along with links that allow quick access to the customer’s CRM profile.

For outgoing calls, users simply need to fill out a straightforward integration form. The system administrator enters the Datera login credentials and assigns a specific employee to the account – only that employee will have access, and their phone number will be automatically integrated to ensure data consistency.
